The Transcontinenta Group, distributor of Peak Design for the UK, Ireland, and the Benelux, announces the new Peak Design Form series of camera straps, an improved Cuff wrist strap, and the Field Plate, a new quick-release system for tripods and cameras. These products will be available from November 2025.
The new Peak Design Form Straps are designed with attention to detail and built for everyday use. There are two variants: Form Leather Camera Strap and Form Rope Camera Strap, available in four lengths: short (103.5 cm), neck (78.5 cm), standard (118.5 cm), and long (133.5 cm). All models (except the neck version) include an aluminium accessory loop, use the trusted Anchor Link™ system, and are fully compatible with all Peak Design products. They are designed with simplicity, durability, and ease of use in mind.
Form Leather is crafted from high-quality full-grain leather with a smooth, stitch-free finish and a custom-sealed underside for added grip and comfort. This leather is designed to develop a beautiful, unique patina over time without sacrificing durability. It is gold-rated by the Leather Working Group, the highest level of sustainable leather certification. Available in Amber, Tan, and Black, these straps make a stylish addition to any modern camera setup.
Form Rope uses a specially developed nylon/poly blend with a refined braided structure. The cord offers an excellent balance between strength and flexibility and feels comfortable even during long periods of wear. It can also be wrapped around the wrist—perfect for street photography. The seamless transition into the Anchor housings creates a clean, cohesive look. Available in Black, Kelp, and Ocean, these cords pair well with various camera bodies and personal styles.
The updated Peak Design Cuff wrist strap is a sleek solution for carrying your camera securely at the wrist. The Cuff Leather is made from the same gold-rated full-grain leather as the Form straps and includes an automatic aluminium slip adjuster for extra protection. It is available in Amber, Tan, and Black. The Cuff Rope features the same signature cord material with colour-matched details and a nylon slip adjuster with aluminium stopper. It’s available in Black, Kelp, and Ocean.
The new Peak Design Field Plate is a compact, universal tripod plate with a unique pop-up connection screw. With one press, the screw pops up and becomes an ergonomic thumb-drive handle, no coin or hex key needed. It folds back flush into the plate when not in use. The Field Plate is CNC-machined from aluminium, fitted with a compression-molded anti-slip rubber pad to prevent twisting, and features four integrated Anchor loops. It is fully compatible with Peak Design Tripods, the Capture Clip v3, and most ARCA-Swiss compatible tripod heads.
The Peak Design Form, Cuff, and Field Plate will be available from authorized Peak Design dealers starting November 2025.
