NEW COURSE - IDEA MANAGEMENT
In the beginning of 2017, Karlstad University embarked on a project that aims to develop and offer cutting-edge international web-based courses at master’s level developed for professionals working with or having an interest in service, customer experiences and business development. RESEARCH DUO IN PACKAGING RESEARCH JOINS CTF
We are pleased to welcome researchers Fredrik Wikström and Helén Williams to CTF. They focus their research on how packaging can affect people to throw away less food. Read more.

NEW PHD STUDENT IN PSYCHOLOGY
Sture Nöjd is a new PhD student in Psyhology at CTF. His research will focus on the development of digital tools and services based on the needs and possibilities that customers, patients, and citizens are experiencing, or could expect to experience in the future. Read more.

CALL FOR PAPERS: NORD2018, SEPTEMBER 19-21, 2018
The NoRD2018 organizers invite submissions to the 10th Nordic Workshop on Relationship Dynamics. NoRD workshops are open to all researchers in the areas of Marketing and Management (or related areas); the ‘Nordic’ title simply refers to the locations and people organizing the workshops. Read more.

SERVICE DESIGN IN SERVICE RESEARCH - PUBLISH IN THE JOURNAL OF SERVICE MANAGEMENT
The Journal of Service Management (JoSM) recently decided to ensure that the research priority “Service Design” is covered by the journal. To facilitate this, the journal has appointed two “Expert Research Panel Co-Chairs – Service Design” panel editors” to develop this research area for the journal. Read more.
