CTF at the 2017 Frontiers in service conference
June 22-25 researchers from CTF participated in the 2017 Frontiers in Service Conference. The conference was hosted by Fordham University, Gabelli School of Business, New York, USA, and attracted more than 350 service researchers and business leaders from around the world. Read more.

CTF at the 24th Annual Servsig doctoral consortium
Jenny Karlsson and Peter Samuelsson, both PhD Students at CTF, Service Research Center at Karlstad University, Sweden, participated in the AMA Servsig doctoral consortium preceding the 2017 Frontiers in Service Conference held in June 21-22 at Fordham University, New York. Anders Gustafsson receives RJ award for sabbatical
This year, fifteen researchers will receive awards from Riksbankens Jubileumsfond, RJ, The Swedish Foundation for Humanities and Social Sciences, for full-time research up to one year. One of the recipients is Anders Gustafsson, Professor of Business Administration at CTF, Service Research Center at Karlstad University. Read more.

Evert Gummesson Award at the Naples forum on service
At the Naples Forum on Service June 6-9 in Sorrento Italy, Professor Bo Edvardsson received the 2017 Evert Gummesson Outstanding Research Award. Read more.

Conference examines new research on the role of attitudes
An international contingent of scholars gathered at the Annenberg Public Policy Center, APPC, in May for a two-day conference on the role of attitudes in policy, science communication, education, and other fields. Margareta Friman, Professor in Psychology at CTF, participated at the conference and contributed with her research on attitudes in the transportation field. Read more.
