Peter Magnusson new Professor in Business Administration
In May, Peter Magnusson was appointed Professor of Business Administration with specialization in Industrial Economics at Karlstad University. Peter’s research focuses on innovations in different forms and out of different perspectives, such as how employees who work close to customers can contribute to service innovations. He has also focused on servitization within manufacturing companies. In recent years idea management has come to represent an increasingly larger part of his research.

Licentiate seminar in psychology
On September 8th Ph D Student Katrin Lättman will present her licentiate thesis in psychology "Perceived Accessibility. Capturing the Traveler Perspective".  Opponent is Associate Professor Annika Nordlund, Umeå university. For more information, please contact Katrin Lättman.

CTF 30th Anniversary
Mark October 6th in your calendar! This is the day when CTF, Service Research Center invites everyone to a 30 year anniversary celebration. It will be a future-oriented all-day event with brief flashbacks from our 30 years of service research. More information and preliminary program.
