INCREASED INDEPENDENCE AND INTEGRITY WITH AN INTELLIGENT SHOWER
The feeling of being more independent. More time to support and encourage the residents to manage on their own. These are some reflections from residents and staff at Resurscentrum in Karlstad Municipality, who tested a so called intelligent shower for one year. NEW INDEX PRESENTS SWEDEN’S MOST INNOVATIVE COMPANIES FROM THE CUSTOMERS’ PERSPECTIVE 
Which Swedish company is the most innovative, if you ask the customers? This is what researchers at CTF, Service Research Center at Karlstad University, are investigating. The results will be presented in the Swedish Innovation Index, a national ranking of companies' innovative ability where the customers make up the jury. Read more.

NEW METHOD CONTRIBUTES TO BETTER TRANSPORT SERVICES
How the user perceives accessibility is an important factor in the development and evaluation of attractive and sustainable transport services. Despite this, the user perspective is generally left out in traditional accessibility evaluations, in favor of a focus on objective measures. In her dissertation, Katrin Lättman at CTF, Service Research Center at Karlstad University, has developed a new method that captures accessibility as experienced and perceived by the users. JONAS HJALMAR BLOM, NEW PHD STUDENT IN PSYCHOLOGY AT CTF
We are happy to welcome Jonas Hjalmar Blom as a new PhD student in Psychology at CTF. His research will mainly focus on behavioral change and digitalization in healthcare. Read more.

CTF BLOG: NEW BOOK ON SERVICE DESIGN IN HEALTHCARE
The new book “Service Design and Service Thinking in Healthcare and Hospital Management: Theory, Concepts, and Practice”, which is edited by Mario A. Pfannstiel & Christoph Rasche, has just been released. Josina Vink and several researchers at CTF, as well as a number of collaborators and friends, have contributed to various chapters in the book.
