Fluxus Digital Platform.  Fluxus Digital Platform has state-of-the-art AI-enabled design and management toolkits for stakeholders across the value chain including real estate developers, home builders, financiers, investors, asset managers, suppliers, manufacturers, contractors, consultants, architects & engineers, and governments to assess and deploy projects using our proprietary technology. The functionalities include: parametric design, viability modeling, financial modeling, procurement, supply chain management, manufacturing & component assembling, smart home interface, and ESG reporting. 

FluxHouse™ Internet of Things (IoT).  The potential economic value that the Internet of Things (IoT) could unlock is large and growing. By 2030, it could enable $5.5 trillion to $12.6 trillion in value globally. In the Home setting, adoption and impact grew faster than expected. Currently, nearly 40% of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions are attributed to the design, construction, and operation of buildings. FluxHouse™ is designed to be sustainable in its production, construction, and use, with a minimal number of components which are suited for large scale manufacturing process. Manufacturing components in a factory has been shown to cut emissions by up to 60%, compared to conventional construction. The Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR) technologies helps further advance prefabricated building systems by leveraging innovations in advanced materials, construction automation, connected building and smart home tech.
