Peak Design expands its line-up with Coyote camera straps

Transcontinenta Group, distributor for Peak Design in the Benelux, UK, and Ireland, is proud to introduce a new colourway to their bestselling camera strap range: the Peak Design Coyote version. This new fantastic colour will be available in the Peak Design Slide, Slide Lite, Leash, and Cuff configuration.

Peak Design doesn't introduce new colours very often. They believe that good design is timeless, so they don't chase seasonal fads or force themselves into annual product refreshes. When Peak Design does add a new colour to an existing product line, it is done with great care and intention. That's why they think something as simple as a new strap colour is worth celebrating with all Peak Design users and our Transcontinenta retailers.

The new Peak Design Coyote straps

The Peak Design Coyote straps are functionally identical to the 4 other colourways currently available. The Coyote Leash and Coyote Cuff straps contain 35% recycled nylon. This is a first for Peak Design straps to contain recycled webbing. The Coyote Slide and Slide Lite are solution dyed like the rest of the Slide and Slide Lite colourways. This saves water and energy during production.

Unique Peak Design no-hassle, no-rhetoric lifetime guarantee

It's Peak Design's mission to make the best things. Not good, not great, but literally the best products in their respective categories. It is also their mission to not create any unnecessary waste. Hence, it goes without saying that also the new Coyote straps come with the unique Peak Design no-hassle, no-rhetoric lifetime guarantee. When you spend your hard-earned money on Peak Design gear, you can do so knowing it will remain fully-functional and defect-free. You can also rest assured that they will do everything in our power to keep your product in use and out of a landfill.

The Peak Design strap range

For those unfamiliar with the Peak Design strap range, here is a brief overview of the different strap models.

  • Peak Design Slide
The world doesn't need more camera straps, it needs better. That's why Peak Design created the Slide. It is their antidote to the pain points that plague other straps: chunky shoulder pads, bulky connectors, lack of customization and heavy hardware that leaves your camera dangling from your side. The Slide is everything these camera straps aren't. It's versatile because it can be worn as a sling, neck strap or shoulder strap. It's comfortable yet unobtrusive, thanks to its internally padded nylon webbing.
  • Peak Design Slide Lite
Google ‘best camera strap’ and you’ll be hard-pressed to find a list that doesn’t include Slide Lite. A slimmed down version of Peak Design’s famous Slide strap, Slide Lite is the most versatile pro camera strap in the world. Unpadded and slimmer than Slide, Slide Lite offers an ideal combo of comfort and packability, most use it for mirrorless cameras, but many find it equally comfy and low-profile on full-frame cameras with large lenses. Slide Lite is versatile: wear it as a sling, neck, or shoulder strap. On one side, the webbing is smooth and glides over clothing. Flip it over, and a silicone grip prevents slippage off your shoulder. Dual quick-adjusters make Slide Lite configurable to any activity.
  • Peak Design Leash
Leash is all the strap you need, and nothing you don’t. Designed for gear minimalists or situations where packing space is limited, Leash is a full-featured pro camera strap that fits in any pocket or camera bag. No chunky shoulder pads or bulky hardware...Leash sheds the superfluous bells and whistles found on other camera straps, yet still contains a ton of useful functionality that other straps can’t provide.
  • Peak Design Cuff
Don’t like dropping your camera? Neither does Peak Design, and that’s why they made Cuff. The most elegant, unobtrusive way to protect your camera from accidental drops, Cuff is total peace of mind in a tiny, low-profile package. Quickly and securely connects to any camera, binoculars, or other device using our unique Anchor Link system. When not in use, keep Cuff in your pocket or wrap it around your wrist and keep it there—an adjustable magnet holds the loose end of Cuff, so it’s right there when you need it.
Prices and availability

The new Peak Design Coyote straps are now available from Peak Design retailers in the Benelux, UK, and Ireland. The recommended retail prices for the new Peak Design Coyote straps are the same as the existing colourways black, ash, midnight and sage.
