The Photography Show 2022, Transcontinenta looks back with an After Movie.

With this after video, the Transcontinenta Group looks back on a successful edition of The Photography Show 2022 in Birmingham! This year we brought our brands Tamron, Peak Design, Zhiyun-Tech and Leofoto. Visitors could try out the latest gear, get advice from our experts and listen to inspirational talks by Jenny Alice Films and photographer John Clements.

Tamron recently announced and introduced a couple of new lenses for Sony, Nikon and Fujifilm mirrorless camera's. On the Transcontinenta stand, these could be viewed and tried out, for the very first time. We got a lot of requests for the new Tamron 50-400mm and 20-40mm F/2.8 for Sony E-mount, but also the 70-300mm for the Nikon Z mount and the 18-300mm and 17-70mm for Fujifilm X-mount were very popular.

The Leofoto tripods all have 10 layers of carbon and 10-year warranty. They also offer great value for money. The broad range of tripods offers something for every photographer and shooting conditions. From table, macro to long telephoto stabile and high tripods. Leofoto also offers very practical accessories like a gimbal, macro focusing rail and additional clamps to attach and use in combination with the tripods.

Peak Design is always a showstopper and attacks lots of fans, users and enthusiastic photographers. Next to the famous Everyday Backpacks and Slings, we also showed the Duffel and Travel bags. The unique and ultra-compact Peak Design Travel Tripod continues to amaze people with its highly practical design. About two years ago, Peak Design a completely new system for mobile phone users. Peak Design Mobile offers cases, wall, bike and motor mounts and even a mini tripod and wireless charger. All could be seen and tested by the visitors of our booth. 

Zhiyun gimbals always get lost of attention from the visitors. The range of high quality and very practical gimbals offer a better and more professional way of filming. They range from the Smooth, Weebill and Crane models, for mobile phones, compact, mirrorless and full DSLR camera's. Easiness of use, unique features and great value for money make these gimbals a great choice. Jenny Alice was on the stand to explain the basics and more advanced use of the Zhiyun gimbals, during special demonstration sessions.
