HISWA 2022. Transcontinenta looks back with an after movie!

With this aftervideo, the Transcontinenta Group looks back on a very successful, sunny edition of the HISWA Te Water in the Bataviahaven in Lelystad! Here potential boat owners could casually look around, collect information, test sail and more. The many exhibitors could be found on the quays of the event. Transcontinenta was present with the sport optics brands Bushnell and Steiner and the underwater drones from Chasing. We were able to introduce many enthusiastic people to these brands!

As to be expected, the Steiner Navigator 7x50 and Commander 7x50 with build in compass were one of the most popular marine binoculars amongst the sailers. These sturdy and bright binoculars use the Steiner ports-Auto Focus™ System. This lets you focus each eyepiece to your vision once, then keeps images razor sharp from ca. 18 metres to infinity. No more chasing focus on moving objects.

The new line of Bushnell H2O waterproof binoculars were especially popular with the families and weekend boat owners. Not only the practical H2O 7x50, but also the more universal binoculars like the H2O 10x42 and 10x25 attracted a lot of attention.

It was also for the first time that we showed the Chasing underwater drones to the HISWA public. From the more compact consumer models, for filming and photographing underwater, till the professional models used for hull inspection or rescue observation. These later models were well received by the larger boat owners and also shipping yards.
