These new focal lengths broaden the acclaimed VP-1 lineup of 24mm, 35mm, and 50mm T1.4 primes, giving filmmakers a more complete creative range that now spans ultra-wide, portrait, telephoto, and macro shooting. The 15mm delivers a dramatic ultra-wide perspective for immersive compositions and tight spaces, while the 75mm offers natural compression and soft bokeh for mid-to-telephoto portrait work. The 150mm introduces integrated 1.5x macro capability with a 0.29m minimum focus distance, combining fine texture detail with telephoto compression for flexible close-up to distant shooting.

Large image circle and high-quality optical design

Every lens in the SIRUI Vision Prime 1 series covers a 46mm image circle, giving full-frame mirrorless cameras complete, vignette-free coverage, even when shooting open gate. The result is a clean, immersive image edge to edge, with no compromise on framing flexibility.

Behind that coverage sits serious optical engineering. Aspherical elements, ED glass, and HRI glass work together to reduce lens size while boosting sharpness, resolving detail well beyond what modern 8K sensors demand. Chromatic aberration and distortion are kept to a minimum, so footage stays crisp and true to colour from centre to corner.

Focus pulls stay smooth too. SIRUI holds the 24mm and 35mm to virtually no visible focus breathing, with only a faint trace on the 50mm, so the frame stays steady and consistent through a rack focus instead of visibly shifting in and out. For filmmakers, that means fewer surprises in post and a more natural, professional look on screen.

Unique user-interchangeable mount system

All three lenses retain the series' signature user-interchangeable mount system, with a native Sony E mount and included RF, Z, and L mount modules that can be swapped in seconds without shims. They share identical gear positions, a 270-degree focus throw, and an all-metal build, ensuring consistent handling and fast lens changes across the full VP-1 set.
