Today is a very special day for us at Notified. We’re super excited to announce that we are joining forces with West Corporation, where our combined resources will enable us to create the next generation of PR and marketing technology software. Read the full press release here.

From our humble beginnings as a bootstrapped SaaS-company, our ambition has always been to create world class technology on a global scale. Notified has evolved from being a pioneer within social media listening to becoming a fully integrated and automated communications solution suite. We’ve unified the values found in traditional point solutions to a greater whole, enabling PR and communications professionals to work in new and meaningful ways.

After the launch of the new Notified platform in early 2018, we started to plan for our next steps as an organization. Although our plans were to go on as a stand-alone business, we were at the same time approached by West Corporation, a leading technology enablement company that connects people around the world. After their recent acquisition of Nasdaq’s PR solutions and digital media services businesses in 2018, they had been working on strategies to take this line of the business to the next level. As our discussions evolved, we realized that the joint power of their resources and PR technology services with our cutting edge technology, had the potential to bring a unique offering to PR and marketing professionals around the world.

As founders, we are incredibly humbled by the fact that our once simple software has evolved in a way to make this happen. We are incredibly thankful for the loyal support of our customers, who are the heart and soul of this business. Moreover, this would have never been a reality if it weren’t for all the world class people who are, or have been, involved in the Notified journey. Personally, we’re excited to take on new leadership roles within the West Corporation, and continue bringing the Notified brand to a much larger audience.

We’re thrilled to join a global company with more than 50,000 customers and more than 8,000 employees, backed by one of world’s largest private equity firms, Apollo Group.
