Niam sells two office properties in Denmark

Niam has agreed to sell two office properties located in Glostrup and Slagelse in Denmark to the Swedish listed real estate company SBB. The property in Glostrup is fully-let with ~7,500 sqm divided between seven buildings. The property located in Slagelse has a total lettable area of ~7,200 sqm and is also fully-let.
