Niam sells residential portfolio in Greater Copenhagen, Denmark

Niam has agreed to divest a residential portfolio located in three locations in Greater Copenhagen and Zealand, Denmark, to the listed real estate company Heimstaden, who has previously acquired residential portfolios from Niam. The units consisted of terraced houses, apartments and two commercial office units.

We have an unchanged positive view toward the Danish property market, and expect to be a significant investor going forward.”
