Niam closes €1.1 billion in equity for Niam Nordic VII

Niam, a leading Nordic real estate private equity firm, completed the final close for its seventh opportunistic real estate fund, Niam Nordic VII. With a total of €1.1 billion in equity commitments, it is the largest private real estate fund in the Nordics.

The investors are a mixture of public and corporate pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, endowments, foundations, family offices, insurance companies, fund of funds and financial institutions from around the world.

Niam Nordic VII can invest in all property types in the Nordic countries.
