Niam acquires office property in Greater Copenhagen from Industriens Pension

Niam is pleased to announce the acquisition of a 7300 sqm office property, strategically situated in Greater Copenhagen, with Novo Nordisk, a global healthcare company as the exclusive tenant. The seller is Danish pension fund Industriens Pension and the acquisition price is 130 million DKK.

 Ideally positioned in Greater Copenhagen at Knud Højgaards Vej 1, the property possesses good connectivity to both highways and public transportation.
