Niam acquires office property in central Stockholm

Niam has signed an agreement to acquire the office property Smultronet 6 on Fleminggatan in central Stockholm from Union Investment. The property comprises approximately 11,000 square meters of leasable space and was previously mostly occupied by HSB, which vacated before the summer. Niam will now develop the property into modern office solutions, contributing to the continual positive development of office spaces on Kungsholmen.
