Niam acquires Danish residential portfolio from Bach Gruppen

Niam has entered into a binding agreement to buy a residential portfolio from Bach Gruppen consisting of ~30,600 sqm, divided between 300 residential units located in central Jylland, Denmark. The majority of the units are located in Silkeborg and Randers.

The portfolio consists of modern, primarily terrace- and semi-detached houses. Some of the units in the portfolio are still under construction and will be completed during the first half of 2020.

Michael Berthelsen, Country Manager Denmark, says, ”With this acquisition, our portfolio of affordable housing is growing. There is a very positive development of several regional cities in the province and we find it interesting to expand our residential portfolio here.”
