Niam acquires 70 residential units in Hillerød

Niam has entered into a binding agreement for the acquisition of 70 terraced houses in Hillerød Municipality in Greater Copenhagen area of Denmark. The residential units are acquired from Sophienberg Gruppen and Lemvigh-Müller. The sellers will deliver the units turnkey on June 1^st, 2022.
