Niam acquires 238 residential units in Denmark

 

Niam has entered into a binding agreement to buy 238 terraced houses of approximately 23,000 sqm in the area Tirsbæk Bakker, 10 minutes from Vejle, Denmark. The residential units are modern and of high quality.

 

Niam took over the first 110 houses on April 1st, while the remaining 128 homes are under construction and will be delivered successively over the next 2 years.

The seller is Omnia Invest A/S, which is owned by Morten Hansen.
