Transcontinenta Group, distributor of Godox in Germany, is pleased to introduce the new Godox SKIII-V Professional Studio Flash Series. With the SK300III-V and SK400III-V models, Godox expands its portfolio by offering powerful yet easy-to-use studio flashes designed for small to mid-sized studios.
The new series is aimed at photographers, content production teams, and e-commerce studios that need a reliable and precise lighting solution for everyday production tasks. For specialist retailers, the SKIII-V series represents an attractive addition to the affordable studio flash segment, combining modern wireless integration with broad accessory compatibility.
The SKIII-V series features a redesigned control panel with an improved display, enabling quick and clear adjustment of all parameters. An integrated auto-memory function saves the most recently used settings and automatically restores them when the unit is powered on again. This eliminates the need for repeated configuration after work breaks and significantly streamlines the studio workflow.
Multiple triggering options are available. The integrated Godox 2.4 GHz X wireless system enables stable remote control via compatible transmitters such as the X3 Pro, X3, or XPro II. The series also supports optional 433 MHz FT-16 triggers, as well as optical triggering with an anti-preflash function. This flexibility simplifies integration into existing studio environments.
The SKIII-V flashes offer flash output adjustment from 1/32 to 1/1, with precise 0.1-step increments. Recycle times range from 0.1 seconds at lower power levels to 1.5 seconds at full power, ensuring a smooth and efficient shooting workflow. At the same time, power variation at the same setting remains within 2 percent, providing consistent exposure across continuous shooting sequences.
A 10 W LED modelling lamp with 5–100 percent dimming provides a realistic preview of the lighting effect and helps with accurate light positioning.
Thanks to the widely used Bowens mount, the SKIII-V series is compatible with a broad range of light modifiers, including soft boxes, beauty dishes, reflectors, snoots, and projection attachments. Photographers can continue using existing accessories and expand their lighting setups with ease.
