Anaheim, CA — Two pioneers of guitar innovation, Jamstik and Strandberg Guitars, are joining forces to expand what’s possible for modern musicians —bringing expressive MIDI control into a world-class guitar platform through the integration of Jamstik’s advanced MIDI technology with Strandberg’s renowned craftsmanship and ergonomic design.

Developed collaboratively by both teams, the new instrument is crafted to empower guitarists’ creativity across composing, producing, transcribing, and performing— bridging traditional guitar performance with modern digital music creation. The result is a high-end hybrid guitar that integrates expressive MIDI control directly into a premium electric guitar platform, without compromising feel, tone, or playability.

The .strandberg* x Jamstik Chameleon MIDI Guitar delivers full analog electric guitar output alongside powerful MIDI functionality, enabling musicians to control software instruments, hardware synthesizers, and digital production tools from a single instrument. Connectivity options include USB-C for direct computer and DAW integration, TRS-MIDI for controlling hardware synths without a computer, and Bluetooth for wireless configuration and real-time settings adjustments via mobile devices.

The instrument offers a streamlined workflow— allowing analog tones and synthesized sounds to coexist seamlessly in a single performance or recording.

Visually, the guitar features a striking chameleon-style finish that subtly shifts between purple, green, and graphite tones depending on the lighting—underscoring the instrument’s modern, forward-looking design.

The .strandberg* x Jamstik Chameleon MIDI Guitar is priced at $2,199 USD and is available now as a limited production pre-order through jamstik.com and strandbergguitars.com. The first production batch is scheduled to ship in early spring 2026.
