Pisla Oy and Logent expand cooperation – Logistics operations to Logent
Pisla and Logent are deepening their collaboration through a business transfer, under which Pisla’s entire logistics operations, including personnel, will move to Logent as of 1 January 2026.
The transfer of logistics operations is a strategic decision that enables Pisla Oy to focus on its core business. Going forward, Logent will be fully responsible for logistics services at Pisla’s Viitasaari unit. As part of the transfer, 25 logistics professionals from Pisla will join Logent. Pisla has previously utilized Logent’s expertise in the storage of Muurikka products.

It allows Pisla to concentrate even more on its core business and the development of customer solutions, while logistics operations are delivered efficiently and flexibly by Logent.
