Since opening their brewery and taproom in Waitsfield, Vermont in 2018, the Lawson’s team has put environmental stewardship at the forefront of their operations. Through an ongoing partnership with Casella, they’ve achieved an impressive 97 percent diversion rate, ensuring that nearly all materials are recovered, reused, or properly processed.
