Logent Group strengthens its position in Finland by acquiring HUB logistics
Logent Group takes a major step in its Nordic expansion by acquiring all shares in the Finnish company HUB logistics Finland Oy ("HUB")
HUB has a strong reputation and a solid client base in contract logistics, including both dedicated solutions and a complementary offering of multi-client warehousing and packaging services. With HUBs strong presence in Helsinki, Tampere and Turku regions, HUB is perfectly complementing Logent’s current geographical presence in Finland. The combined capability of Logent and HUB is positioned for taking the lead in contract logistics in Finland. The acquisition of HUB is an important step to solidify the position in the Nordics and further strengthen the journey towards a leading Northern European position.
HUB has during the last 30 years gained a strong position in the Finnish logistics market with clear customer focus and service quality. The company operates in 13 locations across Finland and employs more than 400 people. In 2024, HUB’s net sales amounted to approximately EUR 37 million.
