Meet the Guy Making Banking Work Better for Local Businesses

In this new role, Conte will lead Propell’s revenue growth efforts across all business lines. That includes making sure Propell’s products, pricing, and services stay aligned with what matters most to business owners: access to capital, quick decisions, and honest answers.

Conte has been with Propell since 2014, helping grow the credit union from $125 million to $260 million in assets. He’s led teams across operations, marketing, and member experience—and he’s known for spotting opportunities to simplify the member experience and build stronger relationships with local business owners.

 

More than just a numbers guy, Conte also leads Propell’s community efforts. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Propell Kids Foundation, which has raised over $150,000 for youth and family services in Chester and Delaware Counties. From funding shelters to equipping classrooms, he’s helped shape how Propell shows up for the communities where its Members live and work.
