Now introducing a new model, the Polaroid Flip, an easy-to-use instant camera that combines classic Polaroid design with modern features.

The new camera exemplifies the perfect blend of modern technology and iconic design. It features an advanced sonar autofocus system, rooted in Polaroid’s heritage since the 1978 SX-70, that rapidly measures the distance to any subject. Combined with a next-generation hyperfocal four-lens system, it consistently produces sharp results, whether shooting sprawling landscapes or intimate portraits. Since sonar relies on sound rather than light, it maintains quick, precise focus even in low-light conditions.

The camera features the brand's most powerful flash yet, discreetly housed in the upper 'lid' section of the camera. This clever placement takes advantage of the camera’s flip-open design, giving the flash more room to deliver brighter, more consistent lighting. It automatically adjusts its power depending on how far your subject is, up to 4.5 meters away. The foldable lid also helps to protect the lens when you’re not using the camera.
The camera is compatible with both i-Type and the older classic 600-film. A new feature of the the Polaroid Flip is a built-in scene analysis mode that helps you capture better photos and alerts you through the viewfinder when your shot is underexposed, overexposed, or when your subject is too close. On the back is a display that shows camera mode, battery life and film count. The Its easy to connect your smartphone via Bluetooth, unlocking a range of creative tools through the Polaroid app. From remote shooting and self-timer options to customizing controls and scanning your photos for easy sharing. The camera comes with convenient USB-C charging, making it easy to power up your camera wherever you are. Polaroid Flip is available in both white and black.

The new camera will be available on the 29th of April at selected retailers and start to ship mid May 2025.
