Carucel Eiendom's development of Oslobukta was honored with the title of 'Commercial Space of the Year.' The jury praised their collaborative tenant mix and support for emerging talents, which has created a dynamic and innovative space. Their dedication to "quality for all" was evident in high occupancy rates, strong visitor numbers, and impressive turnover growth.
This year’s innovation award went to Vasakronan for its bold initiative, Open Spot, which provides flexible pop-up spaces for brands to test and boost consumer interest. Additionally, Rødovre Centrum earned recognition for their inclusive marketing campaign, "Power of Science." Further, Rituals was crowned ‘Commercial Player of the Year’ for demonstrating exceptional performance, social responsibility, and innovation in the Nordic retail space.
“We are thrilled to see such innovative and forward-thinking projects emerge in the Nordic retail space. Each winner represents the future of retail, where sustainability, creativity, and customer engagement are driving forces,” said Kajsa Hernell, Managing Director of NCSC.
