Finland’s Exel Composites has signed an agreement to establish a joint venture with a leading Indian composite company, Kineco Group. Via the merger, Kineco Group will sell its pultrusion business to a new company, Kineco Exel Composites India, of which Exel Composites will hold a 55% stake. The new JV company, Kineco Exel Composites India aims for significant business growth, especially in the wind power, transportation and telecommunications sectors. (press rele§ase)
