Miramis Appoints Roberta Davanzo as Area General Manager, Italy

Miramis today announces the appointment of Roberta Davanzo as Area General Manager, Italy, reinforcing the group’s leadership team as it continues to develop its international hospitality platform with a strong foundation in Italy.

In her new role, Roberta Davanzo will lead Miramis’ Italian operations, with responsibility for performance, operations, execution and team development across the group’s current and future hospitality projects. She will work closely with the Miramis executive team to support both existing assets and upcoming developments, with a clear focus on long-term value creation, guest experience and local relevance.

A Proven Leader in Luxury Hospitality

Roberta brings more than 20 years of senior leadership experience in luxury and upper-upscale hospitality. Her career spans Italy and Greece and includes leading roles within Marriott International across brands such as St. Regis, Luxury Collection, Westin and Sheraton. She is recognised for combining strong commercial results with high guest satisfaction, operational excellence and people-focused leadership.
