Miramis

Stockholm, 15th October 2026 – Miramis, the international hospitality and entertainment group, today announced the leadership team for its businesses in Sweden and Italy. Stefano Cuoco leads the Group as Chief Executive Officer. Cuoco has spent more than 20 years in luxury hospitality, travel and tourism, including roles with Hilton International, Starwood Hotels & Resorts and Rocco Forte Hotels. He has also advised hotel owners, investors and boards in Italy and internationally.

From October, Erika Ståhl will join as Chief Financial Officer of Miramis Group. She moves to Miramis from Qarlbo, the Group’s owner, where she served as CFO, and brings extensive financial leadership experience from international and listed companies including Beijer Alma, Dometic and Electrolux.

“As Miramis grows, decisions in Sweden and Italy increasingly affect one another. We need clear priorities across the Group and strong leadership close to each business. Erika understands both the owner’s perspective and the practical demands of running an international company. She has the judgement and commercial sense we need for the work ahead,” says Stefano Cuoco, CEO of Miramis.

“Miramis has an important place in Qarlbo’s portfolio. It combines established businesses with a substantial investment programme in Sweden and Italy. The projects are very different, but they all need clear decisions about priorities and capital. My job is to help the team make those choices and give each business the financial footing to develop well,” says Erika Ståhl.

Miramis owns, develops and operates hotels, restaurants and entertainment venues in Stockholm and southern Tuscany. The portfolio ranges from established businesses to projects still in development. The leadership team will coordinate financial, creative, brand and marketing work across both countries, while local teams continue to run each business.

Anton Jonsson is responsible for creative direction across Miramis, including its brands and new concepts, and has previously held senior creative roles across various brands. Robin Hallgren, founder of creative agency The Amazing Society and with extensive experience working with global brands, joined Miramis in December and leads brand, marketing and communications in Sweden and Italy.

In Italy, Roberta Davanzo, formerly General Manager of Sheraton Diana Majestic in Milan, leads the businesses in southern Tuscany as Area General Manager Italy. Mikael Svensson recently joined as Managing Director Sweden, most recently from Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts. Julien Planté, previously with KOKO in London, leads entertainment and programming across the portfolio as Head of Entertainment.
