Former KOKO executive to develop live programming, cultural partnerships and audience experiences across Miramis’ venues and destinations.

STOCKHOLM, Sweden, 15 June 2026 – Miramis, the international hospitality company, has appointed Julien Planté as Head of Entertainment, a role focused on strengthening live entertainment and cultural programming across the company’s portfolio.

Planté joins from KOKO, the iconic London venue, where he served as Executive Producer and Head of Cultural & Special Events. He brings more than two decades of experience across live entertainment, cultural programming, production, TV, media, hospitality and brand partnerships in Europe and the US.

In his new role, Planté will lead entertainment concepts, partnerships, productions and programming across the Miramis portfolio, including Cirkus Arena and Gasometer in Stockholm. His appointment comes as Miramis expands across hospitality, lifestyle and entertainment, with a growing focus on creating destinations where culture and live experiences play a defining role.

Scheduled to open in the first quarter 2027, Gasometer is one of Miramis’ most ambitious projects to date – a new live entertainment destination designed to combine international programming, immersive formats and technology-led experiences under the guiding principle Power to Entertain.

“We are thrilled to welcome Julien to Miramis. His international experience, creative vision and deep understanding of the entertainment landscape make him the ideal person to help shape our next chapter. As we develop destinations such as Gasometer, entertainment will play an increasingly important role in defining the experiences we create,” says Stefano Cuoco, CEO of Miramis.

Planté sees the role as a natural next step.

“My career has been defined by creating moments that resonate – bridging the gap between art, culture and audiences. Joining Miramis is a natural evolution, and I look forward to helping establish new standards for live entertainment.” says Julien Planté.

The appointment supports Miramis’ ambition to create destinations where hospitality, culture, gastronomy and entertainment come together to form experiences with long-term cultural relevance and international appeal.
