RESEARCH ON HOW TO REPLACE SINGLE-USE CUPS AND CONTAINERS

Starting from 1 January 2024, all establishments selling food or beverages for takeout in Sweden must offer their customers reusable packaging that are part of a rotation process. In a new project, researchers at CTF will investigate how to accomplish this. Read more.

Professor Stephen L. Vargo, Ander Visiting Professor at Service Research Center (CTF) at Karlstad University, is once again named among the world´s most influential researchers as he appears on prestigious lists published by Clarivate Analytics and Stanford University. Read more.

RESEARCH AIMED AT MAINTAINING THE AUTONOMY OF PASSENGERS WHEN CARS ARE REPLACED BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT

Public transport is an important part of a sustainable and equal society. In order to accelerate this transition, new knowledge and more research is needed. A new collaboration project is now under way at Service Research Center (CTF) at Karlstad University, aiming to develop new knowledge related to dynamic public transport, and to understand the conditions for changes in modes of transportation.
