Our take on the Absinthe Martini, created with Hernö Botanical Flavoured Gin gets an pronounced citrus character with orange bitters and grapefruit zest. Of course enjoyed without using any buzzwords.
60 ml Hernö Botanical Flavoured Gin
15 ml Mancino Secco vermouth
5 ml absinth
2 dashes of orange bitters
1 pinch of salt
Stir with ice. Strain into a well chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a grapefruit zest.
