FORCIT GROUP`S MATERIALITY ANALYSIS COMPLETED

FORCIT Group’s goal is to be is to be the industry leader in sustainability. As sustainability is one of our core values, we always strive for continuous development.

To support Forcit’s sustainability efforts, a comprehensive web survey was conducted to find out how Forcit’s partners and customers rate and value different focus areas of sustainability. We also wanted to investigate what kind of sustainability-related requirements our partners and customers have both now and in the future. After the web survey, a limited number of interviews was arranged to deepen the results of the web survey. The survey and the interviews took place during the first half of 2022.

We at Forcit sincerely thank everyone who participated in the survey and the interviews! Your answers will help us to prioritise our sustainability efforts and to move towards more and more sustainable operations.

The scale was from 1 to 6.

Summary of the survey results

The survey responses and interviews indicate that the so-called conventional values, such as the security of supply, quality, and price, will most likely remain as the most important selection criteria when our customers and partners are evaluating suppliers.

However, the importance of values related to sustainability is also increasing. The most important of these sustainability-related values has of course been and will continue to be safety. This is natural, as we operate in a risky industry. Nevertheless, the survey shows that the importance of environmental values is increasing, too.
