ACQUISITION IS COMPLETED
FORCIT Group, a Nordic multi-talent of explosives and excavation industry, reaches for its goals to grow and internationalise. The group, which invests heavily in technology and digitalisation, announced today that the acquisition agreement for O-Pitblast Lda has been completed. With the agreement, the entire share capital of the software company O-Pitblast will be transferred to the ownership of the FORCIT Group.
With the acquisition, O-Pitblast Lda’s global business will be integrated into Forcit’s operations. Following the transaction, Forcit as a group already employs almost 500 people in Finland, Sweden, Norway and now also in Portugal. O-Pitblast Lda will continue to operate as an independent affiliated company as part of international civil explosives functions.
