Tamron announces first lens for Canon RF mount
Tamron RF 11-20mm F2.8 Di III-A RXDTamron brings a new boost to the world of photography with the debut of the Tamron 11-20mm F/2.8 Di III-A RXD, the first Tamron lens designed specifically for the Canon RF mount.
Made for use with Canon's RF cameras equipped with APS-C sensors, the new lens is lightweight and compact and is easy to take with you for everything from nature and astro photography to street photography. Designed for mobility, this lens strikes a balance between high optical performance and portability, making it an ideal companion for photographers on the move. Equipped with Tamron's RXD stepping motor, it delivers fast and quiet autofocus capabilities suitable for both stills and video, while its Moisture-Resistant Construction and Fluorine Coating ensure reliability in outdoor environments.
The launch of the new lens is planned within 2024. Price is to be announced.
