SmallRig expands their professional lightning series

There were several in the industry who raised their eyebrows when SmallRig presented two new and innovative COB-lights a while ago for professional use.

Now they are following up the successful launch, with two even more powerful lights, SmallRig RC220D and RC220B.

Just like the previous models the two new LED´s from SmallRig comes in two versions, RC220D (daylight, 5600K) and RC220B (bi-color). RC220D features a powerful output of 10,100 lux (bare light) and the illuminance level increases to an impressive 98,700 lux after attaching the included hyper reflector. The RC 220B has an CCT of 2700K-6500K and a maximum illuminance of the bare light source of 8,670 lux at 5600k, the illuminance level increases to 84,500 lux after attaching the hyper reflector.

Both LED´s has a professional color fidelity with a CRI of 95 and TLCI of 96.

The LED´s comes with a Bowens mount and 9 built-in light effects which is easy to control either via the app (Small GoGo ) or with the intuitive built-in controls and menus.

A dual power supply system supports both AC adapter and 14.4V/26V V-mount battery when you need to work outside the studio.

When the temperature of the lamp body exceeds 60℃, the active heat dissipation function is turned on and although both lights have a powerful output, they both feature an ultra-quiet fan of 30dB±2dB at 1 meter.
