Peak Design launches new travel bags for creators on the move

Peak Design expands its Travel Line with four new bags: Travel Backpack 2-in-1, Travel Weekender 25L, Travel Backpack 20L and Travel Crossbody 3L. The new models are made for creators who travel with camera gear, a laptop and everyday essentials, but they also fit anyone looking for a practical bag for work, commuting or weekend trips.

Like several previous Peak Design launches, this product was first introduced on Kickstarter. The campaign has been a strong success, raising about $1.95 million from 5,888 backers, which highlights the brand’s continued popularity.

Peak Design is known for innovative bags with a strong focus on practical details. In the new Travel Line, that shows in the organization, access, flexible carry options and compatibility with Peak Design’s packing and camera cubes. The bags are developed for creators, but they are also made for anyone who wants a reliable and well-designed travel bag. Just like previous Peak Design bags, the new Travel bags are made in Fair Trade Certified factories and produced with a strong focus on sustainability. The company is also 100% carbon neutral and continues to expand its use of recycled and Bluesign-approved materials.

• Travel Backpack 2-in-1
  This is the most flexible model in the new range. It combines a 34L base backpack with a 16L zip-off daypack, giving users a larger travel bag and a smaller everyday bag in one system. It is designed to work as a carry-on solution and includes padded laptop and tablet sleeves, an adjustable hip belt, luggage pass-through, hidden AirTag pocket and compatibility with Peak Design Camera Cubes.
  
  
• Travel Weekender 25L
  The Travel Weekender 25L is Peak Design’s first structured duffel and is aimed at shorter trips. It stands upright for easier packing, opens wide with a clamshell design and includes padded sleeves for a 16-inch laptop and a 13-inch tablet. The base can also fold down for under-seat storage, which makes it a practical option for weekend travel and short business trips.

• Travel Backpack 20L
  The Travel Backpack 20L is the most compact backpack in the launch. It is designed to work as an everyday bag, an airline personal item or a light weekend bag. Key features include an expandable clamshell opening, hidden bottle storage, a vertical luggage pass-through, an AirTag pocket and external straps for carrying a tripod.

• Travel Crossbody 3L
  The Travel Crossbody 3L is the smallest model in the new lineup. It is made for travel essentials, compact tech and smaller cameras. Inside, an origami-style layout keeps small items separated and easy to see. On the outside, a magnetic phone pocket gives quick access while on the move.

All four bags will be available in Black, Sage and Stone and start to ship in May 2026
