New slim LED lights from Nanlite

Nanlite updates its PavoSlim series with three new models. The series is characterized by a super-thin design that is lightweight and durable yet offers powerful performance.

The new PavoSlim 240B and 240C are foldable 2’x2’ LED panels delivering outstanding light output. The 240C features RGBWW technology, offering a wide color range and precise control. Meanwhile, the new PavoSlim 60CL is a slender, elongated panel ideal for tight spaces like vehicles or low-ceilinged areas.

The new LED´s are perfect for use on-location, on-set and in photo studios. The metal bodied thin panels are a robust alternative to more fragile flexible lights, while being much more powerful and efficient thanks to its smart design that places an optical lens in front of each emitter to maximize performance. This achieves around four times the output compared to most equivalent size mat type lights.

Key features of the PavoSlim series include high accuracy in color rendering, class-leading light output, and portability. Each model comes with a softbox and eggcrate for light diffusion.

• PavoSlim 240B and 240C
  The PavoSlim 240B and 240C boast a foldable design for portability and rapid setup. Despite their slim profile (2.86cm thick), they offer impressive output: 22,990 lux@1m (240B) and 24,970 lux@1m (240C) at 5600K, with only 260W power input. The PavoSlim 240C features advanced RGBWW technology with a CCT range of 2700K-7500K and precise color controls with G/M adjustment of ±150. Average CRI is 96 and average TLCI is 97. In HSI Mode the hue, saturation and intensity of light can be quickly adjusted with the option of 36,000 colors. It includes 151 built-in color gel emulations and 15 customizable lighting effects. The PavoSlim 240B is a bi-color LED with a CCT range of 2700K-6500K with an average CRI of 95 and TLCI of 97. It is equipped with 12 effects that emulate real scene lighting effects. These features make the PavoSlim 240B and 240C ideal for interviews, small to medium sized studios and high-end film and television productions.

• PavoSlim 60CL
  The PavoSlim 60CL, comes in a compact size with separate control unit and is ideal for lighting scenes in tight spaces. It has a powerful maximum output of 7,094 lux@1m (light only, 5600K). Just like the PavoSlim 240C, the 60CL features HSI, RGBW, 151 in-built color gel emulations, and 15 different film and TV lighting effects. It also has a G/M shift function for accurate matching with other light sources. The light can be powered via AC, V-mount batteries, or NP-F batteries, making it suitable for indoor and outdoor shoots. The PavoSlim 60CL includes a unique quick-erect softbox for easy transport.

All PavoSlim panels feature a metal body for durability, enhanced performance with optical lenses, and efficient heat dissipation without fans. They come with a versatile control unit and support various control methods, including Nanlink APP and LumenRadio CRMX (60CL and 240C).

Setting up PavoSlim LEDs is swift, with lightweight designs enabling easy mounting on stands. Each panel also includes threaded holes for optional mounts.
