New internal promotions within Focus Nordic to drive for future growth

As of April 1st, 2022 Focus Nordic is pleased to announce the following new internal promotions:

 

  • Stefan Karlberg is appointed as new Chief Operating Officer of Focus Nordic in addition to his current role as Chief Financial Officer. As COO, he is responsible for daily operations in the Gothenburg head office, Sweden. Stefan has been with Focus Nordic for ten  years and during this time been closely involved in all strategic and operational decisions.

    To support the Finance team, we will recruit a new Controller role and hope to have the new person onboard during Q2 2022.

 

  • Tobias Lehtinen is appointed Country Manager Sales for Sweden and will be in charge of the Swedish Sales team. Tobias joined Focus Nordic two years ago, he has done a great job with our key accounts and implemented many new ideas to the organization. In this new role, Tobias will continue to grow and develop the Swedish business.

 

  • Henrik Heise is appointed Country Manager Sales for Denmark and will be in charge of the Danish Sales team. Henrik has been with Focus Nordic for seven years. He has for a long time transforming the way Focus Nordic works with the professional video channel, local ambassadors and social media. In the new role, Henrik will continue challenging status quo and find new ways forward.

 

  • Rune Reiersen is appointed Country Manager Sales for Norway and will be in charge of the Norwegian Sales team. Starting his career in Aronsen AS in 1995, Rune early saw the potential of merging with Focus Trading and Westheimer AS and was one of the first to suggest founding Focus Nordic in 2010. He has played an important role in developing Focus Nordic and will continue to do so in this new role.

 

Focus Nordic has been growing during the last years and we are now present in 28 markets in Scandinavia, Baltics, Central and Eastern Europe. We have carefully considered how to organize our head office and local sales teams. With these new promotions, we are ready for future growth and an exciting future, says Mikael Westheimer, CEO and co-owner of Focus Nordic.
