Nanlux adds two compact and powerful fixtures to the Evoke series

Nanlux expands the Evoke lineup with the Evoke 600C and the compact Evoke 150C.

Evoke lights are built for quick, reliable work on set and on location. The range focuses on solid construction, flexible control on‑board or over wired and wireless networks, and an accessory system that lets one head move from hard punch to soft, shaped light in seconds. The lineup now expands with two fixtures that use the new Nebula C8 light engine.

The new Nebula C8 is an eight-colour light engine with deep red, red, amber, lime, green, cyan, blue, and indigo, designed to deliver more complete spectral coverage than common RGBW/RGBWW and six- or seven-colour systems. It expands the working range to 1,000–20,000 K with ±200 green/magenta adjustment, so crews can set very warm or cool looks and fine‑tune tint without workarounds.

Adding a 665 nm deep‑red channel strengthens the red region for healthier, more natural skin tones on camera. Colour fidelity metrics remain high (CRI 96, TLCI 97, TM‑30 Rf/Rg 96/100; SSI 86 at 3200 K and 78 at 5600 K), supporting consistent results across modes and levels.

Compared with RGBW/RGBWW engines, Nebula C8 blends hues more cleanly and reduces the shifts that appear during colour mixing. Versus six‑ or seven‑colour designs, it holds stronger saturation in deep red and indigo, avoiding the “orange‑red” and pale indigo issues users often see. The gamut coverage is wide—about 79% of CIE 1931 and 92% of Rec. 2020, with approximately 3% more than Rec. 2020 within the visible range—giving more room for precise matching and creative looks.

The indigo channel is engineered without ultraviolet below 400 nm, helping avoid UV exposure on set while still providing the benefits of an indigo emitter.

In the new Evoke fixtures, Nebula C8 pairs with straightforward control modes—CCT, HSI, RGBW, XY, Gel and Effects—so teams can work in white light, dial specific hues, match coordinates, or recall familiar looks quickly. Gel mode includes 230 selectable LEE gels and 230 Rosco gels for fast, repeatable setups that align with established filter workflows.

Nanlux Evoke 600C is a fullcolour allinone LED fixture for film, TV and content production. Despite its compact form, the fixture delivers strong output in an IP66-rated magnesium body and weighs 7.26 kg. It runs from AC 100–240 V or DC 48 V (12.5 A), with an optional power station for Vmount batteries.

Thanks to the Nebula C8 colour light engine the 600C can cover a wide CCT range from 1,000 K to 20,000 K with ±200 green/magenta adjustment. Colour quality is listed at CRI 96, TLCI 97, TM30 Rf/Rg 96/100, and SSI 86 (3200 K) / 78 (5600 K). With a reflector, output is measured at 20,820 lux at 3 m (5600 K) and 11,110 lux at 3 m (green). Dimming adjusts in 0.1% steps with smooth lowlevel performance.

Six modes support quick setup: CCT for white light and tint; HSI for hue, saturation and intensity; RGBW for direct channel control; XY for precise colour matching in the CIE space; Gel for digital filters; and Effects for motion cues. Gel mode provides 230 selectable LEE gels and 230 Rosco gels, and Effects includes 15 presets with adjustable parameters.

The fixture features the new BE mount with electronic contacts for accessory recognition and control. It works with BE accessories, supports Bowensmount modifiers directly, and connects to NLmount modifiers via an adapter. An offset yoke with balance rails supports quick, stable rigging.

Control options include an onboard 2.4inch display, the Nanlink App 2.0 over Bluetooth with NFC taptopair, a wired controller, DMX/RDM via 5pin XLR, builtin LumenRadio CRMX, and ArtNet/sACN over Ethernet using an optional LAN adapter. Five fan modes—Smart, Full Speed, Low Speed, Off and Pause—help match noise to the scene; in Smart mode the noise floor is listed at 31 dB(A).

Nanlux Evoke 150C is a smaller, compact all-in-one LED fixture for flexible, on-the-go lighting. The 150 W unit provides white and colour output in an IP66-rated magnesium-alloy body and can run on AC, DC 14.4–28 V, or USB-C PD 3.0 (12–28 V, 60 W minimum). With the 45° reflector, output is listed at 22,230 lux at 1 m (5600 K). The head with yoke weighs only 2.65 kg.

The fixture covers a wide CCT range of 1,000–20,000 K with ±200 green/magenta adjustment and offers six operation modes: CCT for setting white light and tint; HSI for choosing hue, saturation and intensity; RGBW for direct channel control; XY for precise colour matching in CIE space; Gel for selecting digital gels; and Effects for common motion cues with adjustable parameters.

In Gel mode, users can choose from 230 LEE gels and 230 Rosco gels. The fixture dims in 0.1% steps and reports CRI 96, TLCI 97, SSI 86 (3200K) / 78 (5600K) and TM-30 Rf/Rg averages of 96/100.

With the new Evoke Nanlux introduces the new FE mount that has electronic contacts for accessory recognition and control, while remaining compatible with the existing FM-mount ecosystem. A secure locking system and a new tilt-lock design support quick, repeatable setup, even with larger modifiers.

Control options include on-board operation with a 2.0-inch display, the NANLINK App 2.0 via Bluetooth, DMX/RDM, CRMX, and Art-Net/sACN (via adapters), plus optional & wired control. Five fan modes are available to match different environments.
