Kodak introduces the new Charmera, a tiny digital camera that clips to your keys or bag and delivers lo-fi photos and HD video with unmistakable retro vibes. Inspired by Kodak’s first single-use camera, the 1987 Kodak Fling, Charmera arrives as a modern digital homage sold in playful blind boxes across seven vintage-style designs.
“Charmera taps into something joyful and immediate: point, click, smile—then share,” says Rebecca Laanemets, Product Manager at Focus Nordic. “It’s a conversation starter, a collectible, and a creative pocket tool for anyone who loves the look and feel of early digital snapshots.”
Despite its miniature size and 30 g weight, Charmera includes a rear display and an optical window viewfinder for framing, plus USB-C transfer/charging and microSD storage. It captures 1.6 MP stills and 1440×1080/30p video—perfect for playful content and everyday moments—with built-in Kodak frames, vintage-style filters, and an optional date stamp for that authentic throwback aesthetic.
Its for fans of charm accessories and surprise unboxings, Charmera delivers lo-fi, characterful photos and clips straight from the camera. One-hand operation and built-in effects make share-ready content without editing apps. Save to microSD, then transfer fast via USB-C to your phone or laptop. Signature frames and a timestamp add personality that pops in Stories, Reels, and Shorts.
Each blind box contains one of seven colourful looks: classic yellow, red, grey, blue, a white version with geometric graphics, and a black model with rainbow detailing—plus a rare “secret” edition featuring a clear, transparent shell that shows the inner workings. Collectors can trade to complete a set, and the secret variant is intentionally scarce to keep the chase fun.
