Gutek cases added to Focus Nordic line-up

Focus Nordic is pleased to announce the addition of Gutek's protective bags and cases to our product range.

Gutek is part of Nanguang, the company behind lighting brands Nanlux and Nanlite. The brand focuses on designing protective bags and cases that cater specifically to the needs of professional users in photography, filmmaking, and other industries requiring secure handling of sensitive equipment.

One of Gutek’s product lines, the Tortoise series, includes three main models. The T-300 is a 20-inch carry-on-sized case offering a capacity of 30 liters, equipped with a retractable handle and wheels for ease of mobility. The slightly smaller T-230 is a 16-inch case with a 23-liter capacity and comes with a rubber-coated handle for comfortable carrying. Additionally, Gutek offers a compact memory card case called the T-MCC-1, designed to securely hold memory cards, accommodating various formats such as MicroSD, CFexpress, SD, CF, and CFast.

All cases from Gutek’s Tortoise series are made from modified polypropylene, providing reliable protection against impacts, water, and dust. Each case carries an IP67 rating, indicating full resistance to dust and the ability to withstand immersion in water up to one meter deep for 30 minutes. They are also built to endure extreme temperatures, ensuring functionality in diverse environments.

Notable design features of Gutek cases include secure "Press-Pull" latches, stainless steel lock holes for attaching padlocks, and a waterproof purge valve that regulates internal air pressure. Internally, the cases come with protective foam padding and adjustable dividers, allowing for customization to fit different types of equipment. Optional smart accessories like lid organizers and motion-activated LED lights can further improve functionality.

Gutek products will start to ship in mid July.
