A new HDR LED lighting from Atomos  

Atomos brings a new level of affordability and performance to HDR lighting with their new LED, Atomos Sun Dragon. The new LED comes packed with densely arranged LEDs and delivers punchy, powerful output close to the full sun spectrum without the need for diffusion. With a 5-color LED design and precision electronic control, Sun Dragon offers unparalleled color accuracy and versatility.

The new 3cm thick and 5m long bendable LED lighting has a brightness of 2000 lumens end to end and comes with an advanced RGBAW design that incorporates five different colored diodes—red, green, blue, amber, and white—allowing for precise color mixing. It boasts a remarkable CRI of 99 and TCLI of 98 and can reproduce almost the entire sun spectrum, minimizing the need for post-production correction and saving time and resources.

The new Sun Dragon is flexible and can be bent into any shape you want, and it's easy to roll it up if you want a light that looks like a regular LED panel. The construction is IP68 rated which makes it dust- and waterproof. Despite its outstanding performance and length, the light weighs just 1 kg.

It comes with an active controller with a large display, and wireless/wired DMX remote control. Basic setup for Brightness, Color, Hue, and RGB channels, as well and group and gang controls, are available via Atomos AirGlu devices such as the recently released Atomos Ninja Phone. It is also Bluetooth compatible for DMX control from iPad and iPhone apps and can be battery or AC powered.
