Hobolite Mini X

Hobolite launches a new compact, all-weather LED light for content creators, the new Hobolite Mini-X.

The new LED light comes in the same compact shape as the other Hobolite products and with the same unique vintage design reminiscent of classic cameras from the 50s and 60s.

The new Mini-X not only comes with a stylish design but is also meant to be used in tougher conditions. The LED is rated IP54 and can withstand temperatures as low as -30 to and as high as 40°C degrees. The light itself can fit in the palm of your hand and weighs a mere 476 grams.

It has a CCT of 2700K to 6500K with an excellent CRI of 96+ and a TLCI of 96+. A focusable lens allows photographers and filmmakers to adjust the beam from a 15-degree spot to a 45-degree floodlight. At 6500K at 1m, the light can produce 7130 lux with the spot beam or 3057 Lux with the flooded beam.

The LED can either be controlled via Bluetooth or via the intuitive controls on the lamp head, the knurled control knobs are designed to make it easy to adjust the light even while wearing gloves. It has a magnetic mounting system that allows accessories like the diffusor dome, barndoors or color filter gels to be attached and detached quickly and easily.

The light is powered by a built-in rechargeable 3,000 mAh battery but can also be powered by an optional V-mount battery.
