At Ferrellgas, winter is our favorite season! We love interacting with our customers and providing the best service in the industry. It truly is the best time of year!

As our propane professionals work diligently to serve our customers, we ask that you do a few things to help us Fuel Life Simply for you and your family. First, if you’re a Will Call customer, please keep an eye on the level in your propane tank. Place an order when it gets to 30%, or at least seven (7) days before you anticipate needing a fill. That will give us plenty of time to schedule a delivery and make sure you get the propane you need. The easiest way to order is through your MyFerrellgas.com account. You can also chat with us on our website or give us a call at 888-377-7355.

Qualifying customers may also consider switching to our Auto Fill program. Auto Fill allows us to schedule a delivery for you, so you have one less thing to worry about. Auto Fill customers can also add a digital tank monitor to their propane system, which allows you to monitor your tank’s level any time, anywhere.

Ahead of your delivery, please make sure your driveway and the path leading to your propane tank are clear of snow and ice. The safety of our customers and our employee-owners is our number one priority. We want to be sure that our team members can access your propane tank when they arrive at your home or business.

While we do our best to make sure your propane is delivered in a timely and efficient manner, sometimes things happen that are out of our control. That includes winter storms. If the roads leading up to your home or business are unsafe or impassable, we may need to reschedule your delivery. As soon as the roads are clear, we’ll be back out delivering propane to you, our valued customers. During winter storms, Ferrellgas customers can keep an eye out for social media posts or emails with important updates. Demand for service is also higher during these periods, so if you anticipate needing propane, please allow for extra time.
