Cleura launches startup program to support European innovation

Today, Cleura, the European cloud, announces its new startup program. During the first phase of the program, a total of 2 million SEK in cloud capacity will be provided to early-stage startups across Europe.

 

The initiative supports European digital sovereignty by encouraging startups to develop, scale, and operate their innovations on European digital infrastructure. It strengthens the independence of entrepreneurs and ensures that European startups maintain full control over their data and business value. Ultimately, the program aims to demonstrate that European innovations can be entirely based in Europe while serving the rest of the world.

With the launch of our startup program, our next unicorns can build, scale, and fully control their innovations on a truly sovereign cloud platform built in Europe, by Europe, for Europe”, said Rohan Narula, CEO of Cleura.

 

With the startup program, participating startups will receive up to 200,000 SEK in Cleura Public Cloud capacity to accelerate their digital innovations. The program is now accepting applications and targets early-stage startups, legally registered in Europe. Cleura Public Cloud is a European IaaS that delivers scalable and future-proof cloud computing power for developers and SMB. It allows for rapid building, testing and deployment of applications and virtual infrastructure.
