Benify and Sysarb Enter Partnership to Promote Pay Transparency

Today, Benify and Sysarb announced a strategic partnership to promote pay transparency and assist employers in their efforts to provide equitable wages and benefits. 

The collaboration is launched in light of the EU’s new pay transparency directive, which comes into effect in 2026. The directive aims to combat unfair pay disparities and provide employees with access to information about the salaries of their colleagues.
