With a six-year SEK 900 million second lien loan provided by Proventus Capital Partners, Alektum Group will have a solid financial platform to drive further expansion and continue its strategic growth journey.
“We are excited about the partnership with Proventus Capital Partners. They have shown great confidence in our company and our ambitions for the future. The second lien loan will provide us with substantially enhanced capital resources - offering a flexibility to the organisation, that will enable us to further strengthen our position as the preferred partner to new and existing customers”, says Mats Augurell, CEO of Alektum Group.
The financing will be used both to refinance part of the existing debt and, mainly, to fund further growth and expansion.
“We look forward to working with the Management Team and owners of Alektum Group. The company is well positioned to continue its strong development in the years to come”, says Henrik Bjerklin, Investment Director of Proventus Capital Partners.
Arctic Securities acted as Sole Manager in the transaction.
